- Allocate. Maintain cost centres, assign projects and prepare a report for one cloud, tenant and billing month.
- Review. Inspect resource findings and their evidence. Record decisions without making a cloud change.
What the demo contains
Fictional AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Open Telekom Cloud tenants. The source dates are fixed sample history, not a live feed. Changes are kept in this browser and sent to an isolated synthetic processor for each operation. The demo never asks for provider credentials.

Private deployment prerequisites
A declared billing scope, approved read identity, a supported normalized source and durable operational storage. Local development uses SQLite. A full hosted writable application needs persistent storage, private authentication and tested backup/restore. Deployment templates alone do not prove these are configured.
Before using a month-end report
Confirm the billing month, currency, cost basis, included tenants and correction coverage. Resolve unassigned projects and review reconciliation. Sample exports are marked synthetic. Real accounting finalization needs independent source evidence.
